Gaayam 2 movie story:
Rams (Jagapathi Babu) runs a restaurant in Bangkok and stays with his wife Divya (Vimala Ramana) and son.  One day a composed Rams kill two dacoits to save a woman in his restaurant. Guru Narayan (Kota Srinivas Rao) sees this news in TV and immediately sends his lawyer Thannikela Bharani and son Shankar Narayan (late Kota Prasad) to Bangkok to find out whether this Rams is the same Durga or not? The plot unveils when the duo discover that Rams and Durga are same. And the aftermath – it’s all about how Rams reincarnate into the once powerful Durga and lock horn with Guru Narayan.

Gaayam 2 2010 is a latest released new Telugu film directed by Praveen Sri, who was previously an associate of Ram Gopal Varma and produced by Dr.Dharma Kartha. Gayam 2 is the sequel to the 1993 blockbuster “Gayam” which also starred jagapathi babu. This new flick’s Gaayam2 music composed by Ilayaraja. Vimala Raman plays the female lead in this Gayam2. Jagapathi babu will play the character named Durga as in the first part which cannot be forgotten so easily. In the year 2010, the same Durga who intimidated us on the screen in the Ram Gopal Verma’s edge-of-the-seat film on gang wars and brutal killings, is coming back. It will be a unique kind of sequel because in the past no other film has seen a sequel made after 15 years.

Jagapathi babu Gaayam 2 movie review

The sequel of ‘Gayam’ is sluggish, Villian cum comedian Kota Srinivasa Rao as a politician with criminal background given extraordinary performance to the film. The script and the screenplay was good. Jagapathi Babu’s role was very effective. Vimala Raman looks seductive to the core. The real show stealer is Kota, who was excellent. Overall the narration makes it watchable.

Aashayein Movie Review:
Respected filmmaker Nagesh Kukonnor, with his latest offering has proved his potential to direct films that are very likely to offer Aashayein to auidience. Rahul (John Abraham) earns a huge sum of money from gambling and being the happy that he is with his life, decides to marry his girlfriend Nafisa (Sonal Sehgal). But Rahul unfortunately discovers that his addiction to smoking has left him with lung cancer and three months of lifetime. Another night and he leaves a sleeping Sonal with most of the money while carrying his favorite poster of Raiders of Lost Ark with him. He finds a way to live his remaining life in what you could describe as a rest home for terminally ill patients.

Aashayen started with the outlook of a brilliant movie. It completely soaked me emotionally in the first forty minutes of the movie but the senselessness with which the movie changed gears to absurdity took away all the shine of the earlier forty minutes. The dreams and tales of Indiana Jones, the improbability of the hospice, a God-like child Govinda (Ashwin Chitale) and the speed at which Rahul juggles between being a healthy glam fellow and a sick patient – didn’t go well with the theme of the movie. Frankly, the purpose of including a character like Govinda could have been for better reasons. And the body language of Madhu (Farida Jalal) neither belonged to a once-prostitute nor a patient suffering from AIDS. The one scene where a patient requests the nurse to stop the artificial breathing equipment is an emotion that requires enough pain to believe in. Characters like Partha (Girish Karnad) added nothing to the movie except redundancies. John Abraham was actually very good and better was Anaitha Nair but no one was best in the movie. The music by Salim-Suleiman is soothing but easily forgettable.

‘Lafangey Parindey’ film is about a group of youngsters (bike gangs) living in the backstreets of Mumbai. It is an unusual love story of Nandu (Neil Nitin Mukesh) and Pinky (Deepika Padukone) whose path to love is paved by friendship, grit and hope. Neil Nitin Mukesh plays the character of Nandu, a fighter who pummels his opponents in the ring blindfolded. Deepika Padukone plays Pinky Palkar, a dancer who is blind but ambitious and dances with roller skates on her feet. He teaches her to see and she teaches him how to love.

So, we get to savour this delightful scene where the caretakers of the Indian state try to prevent Natha’s suicide by gifting him a `Lal Bahadur’ (read hand pump) without providing for the requisite funds for its fitting. Needless to say, the hand pump lies unused in the destitute farmer’s courtyard and doubles up mostly as a plaything for the village urchins. Then again, there’s a local politician who tries to gain mileage by gifting him a colour TV, quite like Marie Antoinette’s famous blooper: ‘If they don’t have food, give them cakes!’ And finally, there are the state officials who go through their entire gamut of garibi-hatao schemes, only to realise there is nothing tailor-made to prevent a farmer from committing suicide.

But by and large, Peepli Live is a lively and living document which shows on the `other’ India, that lives beyond the neon lights and the metros. Aamir Khan’s Peepli Live film made auidience without being boring and didactic.

Earlier on August 9, 2010, the Idol scene welcomed actor Aamir Khan once again into the show along with the cast of his upcoming movie ‘Peepli Live’. During his last visit to the show, the Bollywood actor had promised of a return very soon. Aamir also gave in a surprise by playing drum to the performance by the rock band ‘Indian Ocean’ on a song from ‘Peepli Live’.

Her breakthrough was Ram Gopal Varma’s film – Mast, in which she sang the hit song, Ruki Ruki Si Zindagi. She has been nominated for twelve Filmfare Awards, winning it on three occasions. She has also won two Star Screen Awards, two IIFA Awards and one Zee Cine Award.

The movie revolves around Arjun making numerous efforts of getting Aisha out of an approaching sticky mess. The place has turned into Politics place for Delhi as well as Islamabad and for the Military organizations too. The movie tells all about what was the condition in 1989 when the Natives of Kashmir turned refugee in their own country.

Also, the film refreshingly — and realistically — posits no solutions. Most of the ensemble cast creates convincing characters, with Sanjay Dutt delivering a rock-solid and restrained act after a long time. Anupam Kher’s enigmatic and shrewd spiritual leader is chilling and matches up to Yuri’s malevolent Lashkar-Jaish leader look-alike. Both Bipasha and Kunal are completely non-starry and quite convincing as the voice of the young Kashmiri, longing for a semblance of normalcy.

Udaan is unconventional Bollywood at its biting best. The film is a moody, introspective and ekdum different look at teenage. But Rajat Barmecha’s Rohan isn’t your run-of-the mill Hindi film teenager. He has more substantial (read realistic) problems than to find a girlfriend and discover sex, even though his dad does ask him — in a delightful sequence — sex kiya ki nahin?! For him, the issues are mostly existential….Like, how does he cope with a father who seems to be a clone of Hitler; how does he pursue his dreams of becoming a writer, when disciplinarian dad insists he must join him in the factory; how does he learn to love a step brother he doesn’t even know; how does he get back to a family that doesn’t exist; and how does he adjust to a small town with its uneventful life and its middle-class morality.

Milenge Milenge Review:

In Milenge Milenge movie, the heroine describes her life’s goal as finding Mr Right, having two kids, and looking after the home and children while the husband is off to work. So our protagonist Priya (Kareena Kapoor with the favourite screen name back then), is thrilled when a tarot card reader predicts that she will find her love within seven days and the lover will be wearing seven colours.

Shahid plays the lover-boy with his usual stock of expressions that hasn’t changed over the years. His earnestness and sincerity shines through as always, though. Kareena’s character is super-boring, but her effervescence somewhat makes up for the wishy-washy character sketch.

The conference aims in promoting the rich heritage of Tamil language. Not all agree, however, with the academic and intellectual rigor of the event. The conference’s theme song (Tamil Semmozhi Manadu song) was composed by A. R. Rahman for the 2010 conference at the request of M. Karunanidhi, the chief minister of Tamil Nadu. A host of Indian playback singers took part in the song.

Each conference is attended by thousands of Tamil diplomats around the world. Conferences are hosted in various cities in India, as well as world cities with a significant Tamil population.

Designed in Tamil and English, the website has different sections pertaining to the theme of the conference, announcements made on the meet, the significance of the host city (Coimbatore) and the historical background of the declaration of Tamil as a classical language.

The expenses of the conference would be monitored by the Chief Secretary, Finance Secretary, Special Officer and the District Collector. The government would meet whatever requirements indicated by the officials.

K. Anbazhagan and Arcot N. Veeraswami, Ministers, Kanimozhi, Member of Parliament and K. Allaudin, Special Officer, were among those present.

The Chief Minister also released the 2010 calendar designed by the State Tourism department.

Lascaux Indologist Dr. Parpola Finland will be given the Kalaignar Karunanidhi Tamil Classic award for his unforgettable work for Indus Script. President Pratibha Patil will present him award which is developed by Central Institute of Classical Tamil.

Ravana Movie Plot
The film is a modern-day version and a loose adaptation of the Indian epic Ramayana, in which the wife of Lord Rama, Sita, was abducted by the demon (Rakshasa) king of Lanka, Ravana. According to critics and viewers present in the global premiere of Raavan, the story is slow-paced and a bit heavy.

Raavan Story Line:
“Ravaan”  is the story about a married women Sita (Aishwarya Rai) who got kidnapped by a guy with negative shade, and subsequently they get attracted to each other.

Dev (Vikram Kennedy) falls in love with Ragini(Aishwarya Rai), a spunky classical dancer who is as unconventional as him. They get married and he takes up his new post in Lal Maati, a small town in northern India,

A town where the word of law is not the police but Beera (Abhishek Bachchan), a tribal who has, over the years, shifted the power equation of the place from the ruling to the have-nots of the area. Dev knows that the key to bringing order to any place is to vanquish the big fish; in this case – Beera. In one stroke Dev manages to rip open Beera’s word, and set in motion a chain of events which will claim lives, change fortunes.

The forest becomes the battleground. The battle between good and evil, between Dev and Beera, Between Ram and Raavan. But when the lines dividing good and evil are blurring fast whose side will you take. When hate turns to love and the good starts looking evil which side will you battle for? Love is a battle that nobody wins but everyone must fight. Even this Raavan. Meanwhile her husband a Police Officer who always thinks negatively does not have the best of relationship with his wife as he is devoted more to his brother.

FIFA and Sony have chosen Waka Waka (This Time for Africa) and “Waka Waka (Esto es África)” in Spanish as the official song of the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa. The song was written by Shakira, the world-famous singer from Latin America, who will perform with South African band Freshlyground. Once again, the announcement of the official FIFA World Cup song. Review of Rajneeti
Rajneeti mainly takes its story from Mahabharata, the great Indian Epic. Add with it a little sprinkle from Francis Ford Coppola’s Godfather. Rajneeti is about the struggle between two cousins- Prithviraj Pratap (Arjun Rampal) and Veerendra Pratap (Manoj Bajpai). Veerendra believes that it is his birth right to become the leader of the party and he would get it at any cost. To achieve his goal, he teams up with Sooraj Kumar (Ajay Devgan), a powerful Dalit leader.

Samar Pratap (Ranbir Kapoor) never thought of becoming a politician. He went abroad for higher education and dreamed of becoming a lecturer but fate had different plans for him. He ended up into politics and becomes one of the top players. With Brij Gopal (Nana Patekar) on his side, Samar learns the inner workings of politics and becomes a master strategist.

Arjun’s character is related to Bhim while Samar’s is Arjun, Veerendra is Duryodhona and Brij Gopal is Lord Krishna. Like Michael Corleone, Samar takes over his father’s empire and becomes the top guy. The great thing about Rajneeti is that it has a tight script. In the first half, you get acquainted with the characters and the inner workings of the system. By the second half, you get a clear understanding who is what.

Chakravarthy (Manoj Manchu) dreams of becoming a rockstar but his mother wants him to join army. Inspite of he thinks of fulfilling his dream and starts his journey to give live performance from Bangalore to Hyderabad.

And next is the story of old man Ramulu (Nagayya) from Sirisilla who borrows money from a financier and in turn that person takes his son and keeps hima as a servant . he tells him to return the money then only he will return his son back.Ramulu wants his son to join school.He tries money here and there but no use.He finds some way of geting money and he goes to Hyderabad with his wife.

And next is the story of Saroja(Anushka) who plays the role of prostitu. She works in brothel company in Amalapuram where she gets less money.So she runs away to Hyderbad so as to keep her own brothel company with her Hijda assistant

And next is the story of Raheemulla Khureshi (Manoj Bajpai) who is a muslim who wants to go to dubai and make his earnings over there and thinks of settling teher.But he is discriminated by police and he gets problem in getting visa.

And last but not least the last main character Cable Raju (Allu Arjun) by the name you get to know he is a cable operator.He traps a rich girl (lekha Washington) by saying that he is a rich guy and flirts her.She tells him to buy the new year party tickets which will be costlier.He tries to get money some how.

Singam Review (Tamil Movie):

The film is about Durai Singam (Surya), a honest cop in Nellore, who takes up the job mainly because of his father wanting him to do. His father runs a provision stores and even Durai Singam wants to do the same. But unfortunately, he takes it up and solves out civil cases on his own attempts without failing cases. Kavya (Anushka) is the daughter a great business (Nasser) and comes for vacation. After coming across his good nature, she falls for him and even he does.

Cut to Chennai, a very bad goon Mayil Vaaganam (Prakash Raj) is ruling the city threatening the victims by kidnapping their kids. Not so long, an unexpected case puts him across Singam and they get into big fight as the high voltage chase game begins right after the interval.

Kadhal Vandhale and En Idhayam are nice to hear and the background music is too good. Camera work by Priyan is nice and editing is speed.

Enjoy this film with your family members and it is good watching it for the money you pay.
