2G scam: Subramanian Swamy petition against Chidambaram, dismissed by court

Court said it will commence the hearing on the complaint filed by Subramanian in which he had made further claims against former telecom minister A Raja without making Chidambaram an accused from March 17.

Court judgment, Subramanian was shocked after hearing the court decision, but would now plea against the decision in the high court with more proof. He had moved  from Delhi court looking to make Chidambaram as co-accused in the 2G spectrum scam alleging he was as responsible as former telecom minister A Raja in determining the prices of limited spectrum and in agreeing to the strength of shares.

SC on Thursday had rejected to express CBI to investigate the alleged role of Chidambaram leaving it to the special court difficult the 2G case. Justices G S Singhvi and A K Ganguly, which asked the lower court not to get influenced by its decision, had also rejected to direct CBI to investigate Chidambaram.
