Deve Gowda the former Prime Minister has called Karnataka CM Yeddyurappa a bloody bastard in front of TV camera. In an outbirst on Sunday he called chief minister B S Yeddyurappa a “bloody bastard” and the then used a Kannadiga abuse “bosudi maga” for the CM, which means “son of a bitch”.
What provoked him was the statement by Yeddyurappa said that Bangalore Mysore Infrastructure Corridor (BMIC) project was the “illegitimate child of the JD(S) government”.
Deve Gowda is on a dharna on BMIC road along with farmers against Nandi Infrastructure Corridor Enterprise (NICE) on land acquisition.
Yeddyurappa government is adhering to a Supreme Court directive to allot surplus land to NICE. The case has its next hearing on Monday. According to Yeddyurappa The BJP government hasn’t made a wrong move on NICE. We’re abiding by the SC directive. The agreement was made during JD(S) rule. It was Gowda who agreed to give excess land to NICE.
Yeddyurappa said: “I am hurt. I never thought he would stoop to this level. He has become desperate. He has lost his mental balance. But, I won’t react in the same manner. People are watching all this.”
