Gautam Adani, Savitri Jindal, Sunil Mittal, KP Singh, Shashi and Ravi Ruia in Forbes India rich list 2009

Gautam Adani, Savitri Jindal, Sunil Mittal, KP Singh, Shashi and Ravi Ruia are in top 10 Indian billionaires of Forbes India. In the Forbes Indian billionaires list 2009 Mukesh Ambani, Reliance Industries Chairman is no 1 with $ 32 billion wealth. Steel baron Lakshmi Narayan Mittal with a net worth of $ 30 billion is at the 2nd position. Mr. Anil Ambani of Reliance Communications has got third position in the list with his wealth at $17.5 billion.

The number of billionaires on the India Rich List has increased from 27 to 52 in this year.

Gautam Adani is Chairman of Adani Enterprises and his wealth is $6.4 billion has made for the first time to top 10 list. Gautam Adani is the founder and Promoter of Adani Power Ltd one of the leading company in Power sector. Adani Power has recently come into market with IPO.

Sunil Mittal has moved down in position from 4th last year to 8th this year, while Azim Premji has moved up. Ruia Brothers – Shashi and Ravi Ruia have made to 5th position for the first time.
