Shiney Ahuja gets bail

Shiney Ahuja got bail in a rape case with Shiney Ahuja maid. Bombay High Court has granted bail Shiney Ahuja, who was in judicial custody for over three months. Bail was granted on surety of Rs 50,000 and the assurance that he will stay out of Mumbai and he cannot leave the country (will have to deposit his passport with the investigating officer). Shiney Ahuja wife was unavailable for comment.

Shiney Ahuja will be required to live in New Delhi. Shiney Ahuja has to refrain from tampering with evidence in any manner and will come to Mumbai every time there is a hearing.
