Thousands of devotees attended the immersion ceremony of famous Lalbaugcha Raja Ganpati including Bollywood Singer Sukhwinder Singh who was also present during the Lalbaugcha Raja Visarjan 2009. Sukhwinder Singh sung a song for Lord Ganesha.

The Lalbaugcha Raja Sarvajanik Mandal had appointed around over three thousand volunteers for the Visarjan ceremony. People were standing either side of the road chanting slogans ‘Ganapati Bappa Morya’ and ‘Agle Baras Tu Jaldi Ana’. The immersion of Lalbaugcha Raja Ganesh idol was the conclusion of eleven day long Ganesh Utsav 2009 and was done with much fanfare. Thousands of people who has established the idols of Ganesha in houses also came for Visarjan at Mumbai seashores.
