Levi’s India offering jeans on installment

Levi’s India is offering jeans on installment at zero interest. Yes now you can buy Levi Strauss denim on credit in India in three installments. The move is to attract customers with restricted budgets like those on pocket money, college students, young techies.

It is said that this is the first time the world over that apparel like jeans and shirts are being sold on credit that will be deducted by the bank in three monthly installments. Levi India has ties up with ICICI Bank and is in talks with other banks too. The scheme has been kicked off in Bangalore and will soon be offered in other cities.

The only condition for the credit is that the bill should be for at least 1,500 rupees which means interest-free repayments of 500 rupees a month.
