Quick Gun Murugan movie review with details of story, Songs, Music, cast, and crew is here. Quick Gun Murugan is film starring Rajendra Prasad, who played as a South Indian Cowboy and also starring south Indian beautiful south India actress Rambha. QuickGun Murugan is a film about a superhero with the grit of Clint Eastwood and the glam of our own South Indian superstars. The plot of this films all about battle between Vegetarianism and Non-Vegetarianism.
Quick Gun Murugan is a South Indian cowboy, an honorable man who protects the weak with his incredible pistol skills and impeccable fashion style. While protecting a village from a villain known as “Rice Plate Reddy”, a man who’s intent on making the poor villagers eat- (ohh no) beef!- he ends up getting shot and go killed himself.
Now 25 years later in 2008, Murugan reincarnates as himself thanks to a lifetime of devotion towards vegetarianism. He sets out to find Rice Plate Reddy, who is currently trying to start up a Dosa franchise called McDosa. (Dosa is a South Indian dish, basically a crepe with rice and lentils.) This evil, evil man is kidnapping moms from around the country to find the perfect Dosa recipe, and then stuffing it with meat!
Our Siper Hero South Indian Cowboy – Quick Gun Murugan comes to set things right, with a whole lot of bullets.
Quick Gun Murugan is full of Music and following is the track list of film. Mind It – the Tamil Bhagra from Mika is the only one which catches your interest.
The initial charecter of Quick Gun Murugan was conceptualised by channel V long back in 1994 during its launch in India. The charecter immediately got the cult following. The same was presented in Shah Rukh Khan starrer Om Shanti Om which was liked by many and the charected has got new interest again. Many Indian films and commercials were using the charecter or its punchlines in some way or other. Even MS Dhone in one of the Pepsi ad has enacted the same charecter with “Mind IT” at the end.
The movie is good to see if you have no hangups about seeing the movies without brains. If you are serious reality cinem goer then avoid this movie. This movie is for kids, teens and adults with kid like heart.
Rajendra Prasad if good to see in this charecter. If you ask me I would have loved Shah Rukh Khan seeing as QGM but he has other priorities. Rambha looks fresh again in this movie and will sure start a new comeback.
Good to see our own India cowboy and it is a charecter which will be embebed in the mids of viewers (especially kids) for a long time. The catchprases like ‘Mind it’, ‘I Say’ and ‘We are like this only’ are sure something you will start using in the coming days. I am sure the cult following will increase and in the coming days we will see toys, dress, serials and many be comis on QGM. See it for the fun of it!
