Nokia 5230 review is here with information on Nokia 5230 price in India. The 5230 Nokia is the latest phone from Nokia in India. Nokia has recently it also announced two new touchphones – Nokia 5230 and Nokia 5530.
Nokia 5230 review
Nokia 5230 has Classic with touchscreen of 111 x 51.7 x 14.5/15.5 mm and weighs 115 gms. It has an accelerometer for auto-rotate. The display size of 3.2″ is good enough with a resolution of 640 x 360 pixels (nHD) and up to 16.7 million colours.
The input is through touchscreen and you have dedicated keys for camera, volume, power, send & end, and application launch (menu), plus the media bar touch key for accessing music, gallery, share online, video centre and web browser.
Nokia 5230 comes in Red, Dark silver, Silver, Pink, yellow, Blue, and White colours with While or Black combibnation. It has changeable colour battery covers as well.
The Nokia 5230 can be connected usiong a Micro-USB connector, USB 2.0 high speed. It has a microSD memory card slot, with hot swap max. 16 GB and 70 MB internal dynamic memory. The phone has a BL-5J 1320 mAh Li-Ion standard battery which gives maximum talk time of GSM 7 h and WCDMA 4 h 18 min while the stand by times are GSM up to 438 h and WCDMA up to 458 h.
Nokia 5230 is a dual band phone for GSM and WCDMA – with automatic switching between GSM bands. It has excellent call features to help you with ease in using the phone. Some of the good features are multiple sms deletion and common inbox for mms and sms. It supports IMAP, POP, SMTP protocols for emails and even email attachments. Nokia 5230 has a 2 megapixel camera with 3x digital zoom.
In a nutsheel the camera is packed with power for a tech user at a very economical price. The only disadvantage is for the user who do not like touchscreens – for them Nokia has many other models.

Both Nokia 5230 and Nokia 5530 are available at very competitive price of around Rs 10,000 to 12,000 depending on where you buy.
Nokia has changed its strategy for the rapidly growing smartphone market in order to gain the market share it has been losing in the smartphone segment for last one year. Nokia will now add value to a host of newly launched high-end products, with services such as messaging, a music store and maps.

Its now almost confirmed that Nokia will NOT release this phone in India in near future. Even Nokia dealers have no clue about this phone release date.
In Nokia.co.in for Diwali offers Nokia 5530 phone is not included but all the other phones are included.

All these days I was waiting for this phone, but no more waiting. It is time to say good bye to Nokia and look for another brand with similar features.

Nokia 5530 is a Full Touch screen handset. It has MicroSD card up to 16GB, Internal memory is 70MB and unlimited entries with Photo-call by which you can enjoy and download the music as much as you can. This model is come in two color combination like Red on black, Blue on white, Grey on black, Pink on white and Yellow on white.
