Prabhakaran alive as per the claims of pro LTTE website Tamilnet.com
“Prabhakaran alive” this is what the pro-LTTE website – Tamilnet.com claimed today. As per the website Tamilnet the Tamil Tigers supremo Velupillai Prabhakaran is still “alive and safe”. This is exactly a day after Sri Lankan army announced that it has killed the top rebel leader.

The website Tamilnet.com usually puts out the rebels’ version on the battle with the Sri Lankan armed forces. The website, however, did not give the details of Prabhakaran’s location.
“I wish to inform the global Tamil community distressed witnessing the final events of the war that our beloved leader Velupillai Prabhakaran is alive and safe…He (Prabhakaran) will continue to lead the quest for dignity and freedom for the Tamil people” S Pathmanathan LTTE’s international relations head
The army had claimed Prabhakaran and his top aides came out of their last hiding place in a small convoy of van and an ambulance and tried to drive out of the war zone, but were gunned down.
Also today addressing the parliament the Sri Lankan President Mahinda Rajapaksa while addressing the nation told the Parliament that Sri Lanka has been liberated from terrorism. He indicated that for the first time in 30 years the entire country is unified. He called for uniting the tamils in the mainstrem of Sri lankan life.

The tamilnet and the members of the tamil diaspora who supported the terror campiagn of Sri Lanka are pathetic bankrupt mass of imperalist followers. My goodness the things these people will resort to geta unversity education at one of the top class locations in the world for their children, citizenship (albeit 2nd class) in a western capital etc. It is your hindu fellow tamilswho were forcibly engaged in a cruel war which they never wanted while you were happily funding and feeding the tigers and eating Mac Donalds and living it up in Canada, UK, USA, Australia and last but not least Norway with Erik Solheim. Wake up the country welcomes patriots be they tamils, sinhalese, muslims, malay or burgher. We do not welcome terrorists of any colour, creed or white imperialists who cannot get their own economies, political situations right in the first place. Their thirst for political office in their own countries cannot be satiated by meddling with our internal issues.
