Train accident in Chennai Tamil Nadu – Seven killed

In a Train accident near Chennai in Tamilnadu at least seven people have lost their life. A local passenger train collided with a goods train in Chennai’s northern Vyasarpadi suburb on Wednesday morning before 6 AM. The passenger train from Chennai and the goods train from Arakkonam collided at Jeevanagar railway station, resulting in a fire.

At least seven people were killed and 20 injured when. He added that the injured were admitted to the General Hospital. The deceased are yet to be identified.

The mishap has resulted in disruption of rail services on this busy route. many trains are reportadly running late due to the accident.
