Naveen Jindal gets taste of Shoe now at Kurukshetra

Naveen Jindal Congress MP & Loksabha candidate from Kurukshetra is the next leader to get wind of a shoe. At one of his election rally a retired school teacher Ram Kumar on Friday has thrown the shoe at Naveen Jindal. Ram Kumar, however, missed his target.

While throwing the shoe at Jindal, the retired teacher said he is doing so in protest of the policies of the Congress.

Ram Kumar was arrested by Police while Jindal alleged that Kumar was under the influence of liquor.

It may be recalled that taking cue from the episode involving the US President George Bush in Baghdad last year, a Sikh journalist had on Tuesday hurled a shoe at Chidambaram at a press conference in Delhi protesting against the CBI clean chit to Congress candidate Jagdish Tytler in an anti-Sikh riots case.

The shoe incident sparked protests by Sikh which finally cost Jagdish Tytler and Sajjan Kumar their Loksabha tickets.
