General Elections 2009 to be held between April 8 and May 15 2009

The next general elections or Lok Sabha Polls in India will take place in April-May this year. the final dates are not yet finalized but it will be held between April 8 and May 15 2009.

This is said by Mr. S Y Quraishi, election commissioner of India today.
