The Haryana Chief Minister, Bhupinder Singh Hooda Monday announced to give a new year gift to about 3.5 lakh employees of the State Government by announcing to implement the recommendations of the Pay Revision Committee (PRC) constituted under the Chairmanship of the Chief Secretary to work out the modalities for the implementation of the recommendations of the sixth pay commission.
The pay revision would be made effective from 1 January, 2006. Haryana is the first State in the country to have implemented the recommendations of the 6th Pay Commission from January 1, 2006 and to have paid arrear in cash to its employees.
He said that with the revision of the pay scales of the employees, net additional burden in the year 2008-09 and 2009-10 would be Rs.6431.26 crore.

Can u suggest the official website where these recommendations are available. Lot of unrest has been observed among medical and dental doctors in the state with respect to pay and NPA. We need to know the details.
